Reese’s S’mores Cookie
I love to make my s’mores with the Reese’s bar so when I was craving cookies AND s’mores I knew I had to combine them into the ultimate dessert!
Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter, browned
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg* 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk powder (optional but worth it)
1 cup all-purpose flour
Reese’s bar or cups
Graham crackers, crumbled
Directions:
Brown the butter, then whisk in sugars, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda & milk powder. Stir in flour. Then stir in most of the chocolate, and graham cracker crumbles. Stuff each dough ball with marshmallow, roll smooth, and top with extra chocolate & graham. Chill for 1 hour. Bake at 375°F for 12–13 mins until golden & gooey. Finish with flaky salt. Enjoy!
